Delivery & Returns
Our delivery and returns policy covers how we get your dress to you and the process for returning it after your event.
Key Points:
- Dresses are delivered 1-2 days before your event via overnight courier
- Orders placed before 2:30 PM ship the same day
- Returns are made using our prepaid, pre-addressed return bag
- Items must be dropped off at a designated courier shop
Terms & Conditions
Our terms and conditions outline the rental agreement, payment terms, damage policies, and your responsibilities when renting with us.

- Rentals last for 4 days
- Cancellations made 42+ hours before rental: 50% refund
- Optional $15.00 minor damage coverage (covers up to $100.00 in damages)
- Without coverage, you're responsible for repair costs or full market value for irreparable damage
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. Here's what you need to know about our cancellation policy:
- Cancellations 42+ hours before rental start:
You'll receive a 50% refund of your rental price.
- Cancellations within 42 hours of rental start or no-shows:
No refund will be issued.

Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible.
Frequently Asked Questions
What if my dress doesn't fit?
We recommend selecting your normal size. If you're between sizes, size up. Unfortunately, we cannot offer exchanges once an order is placed.
What if my dress arrives damaged?
Contact us immediately with photos of any damage. We'll work with you to find a solution, which may include a refund or alternative dress if available.
Do I need to clean the dress before returning?
No, please don't clean the dress. We professionally clean all dresses between rentals to ensure they're perfect for the next customer.
What if I return the dress late?
Late returns may incur additional charges. Please ensure you drop off your return package at a courier shop on the scheduled return date.
