Everything you need to know about how your dress gets to you and how to return it.

Delivery Information

Shipping Timeline

All dresses are delivered via overnight courier to ensure they arrive in perfect condition for your special event.

  • Delivery Timing: Your dress will arrive 1-2 days before your event date.
  • Order Cutoff: Orders placed before 2:30 PM are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2:30 PM will be shipped the following business day.
  • Tracking: You will receive tracking information via email once your dress has been dispatched.

Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver to all major cities and regions in New Zealand. A flat-rate shipping fee is added to all orders at checkout.

Receiving Your Order

When your dress arrives:

  1. Inspect the package for any visible damage before opening.
  2. Check the dress carefully for any issues not noted in the dress description.
  3. If you notice any problems, contact us immediately with photos so we can assist you as quickly as possible.

Return Process

Return Timeline

All rentals last for 4 days, including your event date. Your dress must be returned on the scheduled return date to avoid late fees.

Example: If your event is on Saturday, your rental period would typically run from Friday to Monday, with Monday being your return date.

How to Return

Each order comes with a prepaid, pre-addressed return bag. Follow these steps to return your dress:

  1. Place the dress in the provided return bag.
  2. Seal the bag securely using the adhesive strip.
  3. Take the package to any designated courier shop.
  4. Important: Hand the package directly to staff at the counter. Do not place in drop boxes.
  5. Keep your receipt until the return is confirmed.

Condition of Returns

You do not need to clean the dress before returning it. We professionally clean all dresses between rentals.

While normal wear is expected, please notify us of any significant issues that occurred during your rental.

Late Returns

Late returns may result in additional charges, as they impact our ability to prepare the dress for the next customer.

If you anticipate a late return due to circumstances beyond your control, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss options.
